Beaver vs Eagle ("the app", "we", "us") is a single-player and casual online multiplayer basketball arcade game. This policy explains what data the app handles.

Summary

The app does not require an account, does not collect personal data, does not show ads, and does not use analytics or tracking SDKs.

Data stored on your device

• High score — your best score is saved locally on your device (in the app's private storage) so it persists between sessions. It is never uploaded anywhere and is deleted if you uninstall the app or clear its data.

Data used for online 1v1 matches

The app includes an optional "1v1 online versus" mode. This feature is peer-to-peer (WebRTC) and works as follows:

• When you choose to host, join, or quick-match a game, your device connects to a signaling server whose only job is to introduce two players to each other so they can form a direct connection. The server relays a temporary room code and the technical connection information (WebRTC session descriptions/ICE candidates) needed to establish that connection. This data is not linked to any personal identity, is not stored permanently, and is discarded once the match session ends.
• Establishing the direct connection uses a public STUN server (stun.l.google.com), which is standard for WebRTC apps and only exchanges network routing information (such as your public IP address) needed to connect two devices — the same kind of information any online multiplayer or video-call app exchanges. Neither we nor the signaling server store this information.
• Once connected, gameplay data (ball position, score, timer) is sent directly between the two players' devices for the duration of the match and is not recorded or sent to us.
• If you don't use online multiplayer, none of this applies — the app works fully offline.

What we don't do

• No account creation or login.
• No ads or ad networks.
• No analytics, crash reporting, or tracking SDKs.
• No collection of contacts, location, camera/microphone, photos, or other personal data.
• No sharing or selling of data to third parties.

Children's privacy

The app does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same location with a new "Last updated" date.
